Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been tampered with, damaged by the user, or is missing original accessories is not eligible for return.
- Return Process: Customers must request a return authorization by contacting our support team. Once approved, returns must be shipped to the designated return address at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If a product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
